Dorma BTS series are floor-concealed, hydraulic door closers with cam action. We can repair door closers that have been leaking or were punctured. A rebuild involves a disassembly of the spring, hydraulic cylinder section, and cam assembly. All parts are ultrasonically cleaned, the needle valves are cleaned, all o-rings are replaced by Viton o-rings. The unit is pressure tested for leaks and painted. Bearings can be optionally replaced. We can also make custom-machined door spindles and plaques.
